Returns
You can return most products within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange, provided the item is in its original, unused condition and packaging. This includes products that are unopened, undamaged, and in a resaleable condition. To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

Return Authorization: Once we’ve reviewed your request, we’ll provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions for returning the item.

Return Shipping: Please package the product securely to avoid damage during return shipping. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.

Refund Processing: After we receive the returned item and confirm it’s in original condition, we will process your refund to the original payment method. Please note that it may take 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.
Exchanges
If you would prefer an exchange, you can return the original product and place a new order for the item you want. The process is the same as our returns process outlined above. Shipping fees for the exchanged item are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item was defective or damaged upon arrival.
Damaged or Defective Items
We take great care in ensuring that your products arrive safely. However, if you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or refund and cover any associated return shipping costs.
Non-Returnable Items
Some items are not eligible for return or refund, including:
